Housing 4 Our Vets
In April of 2011 Rock Valley Community Programs, Inc. opened our veterans transitional housing program, Housing 4 Our Vets, with the ability to house up to 48 homeless veterans at once and provide support services .
RVCP provides screening, assessments, and individualized individualized case management. RVCP Case Managers work in conjunction with VA primary health care, substance use treatment, and other community-based resource systems to serve the veterans’ individual needs.

Veterans Housing and Recovery
The Veterans Housing and Recovery Program (VHRP) provides temporary housing, training, and supportive services to military veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in order to help them obtain permanent housing.

Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin
Based in Racine, WI, Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin (VOW) works to make a difference in the lives of at-risk veteran households in every community across Wisconsin. We were founded by community members who recognized a need and took action. What began as a group of volunteers in 2013 has blossomed rapidly into a growing organization. Our program expanded in 2017 to include:
- A Village of 15 Tiny Homes
- A Food Market
- Trauma-Informed Programming
Vets Place Central
The Center for Veterans Issues strives to be the premier Veteran Resource Organization which helps end homelessness across Wisconsin and the United States.
Vets Place Central provides private rooms, welcoming community spaces, and enhanced support areas where veterans can heal, rebuild, and move forward. With access to CVI staff and programs, including vocational support, healthcare resources, and the mental wellness center next door, veterans now have the tools and support needed to achieve greater stability and an improved quality of life.
